Feed ore characterization: ore chemical activity testing by TOF-SIMS

Description:

• Basic SEM/EDX spectroscopy screening of the sample composition.
• Estimate of the ore capacity to undergo “inadvertent activation” during the grinding process by ToF-SIMS surface analysis.
• Data comparison with ore sample library, which reflects the mineralogical variability of ore types from different deposits. The data covers a variety of poly-metallic ore deposits (for example skarn, hypogene and supergene) with large dynamic range of chemical activity.
